Compliance & Ethics Program Diagnosis
In 2018 – 19, a multinational medical device company retained Axiom to evaluate various elements of their compliance and ethics program and provide specified services that included drafting or revising over a dozen global and regional policies and procedures. Axiom also evaluated the client’s policy lifecycle management, sunshine reporting, grants and charitable contributions, and sales intermediary anti-corruption management systems.
Comprehensive Systems Evaluation & Risk Assessment
In 2020, Axiom conducted a comprehensive systems evaluation and risk assessment of JFK Terminal One’s operations. This work culminated in a detailed report which was leveraged to develop a multi-year compliance and ethics program project plan.
